Bannock Burn Titanium Satin Ring
The Bannock Burn is a solid Titanium ring defined by a raised central section and two open grooves running around the band. The grooves create subtle definition without adding another material, giving the ring a structured appearance while keeping the design entirely Titanium.
Finished in satin, the Bannock Burn has a soft, low-shine appearance that works particularly well with the stepped profile. Light catches the raised centre differently from the recessed grooves, allowing the shape of the ring to remain clearly visible without a highly reflective finish.
Handmade to order by Graeme in our Scottish workshop, each Bannock Burn is individually made to your chosen size and width.
A Distinctive Titanium Profile
The Bannock Burn features a raised central section bordered by two narrow open grooves.
Rather than being filled with an inlay material, the grooves remain part of the Titanium itself. This creates clean separation across the surface of the ring while keeping the design simple and entirely metal.
The result is a more detailed alternative to a plain Titanium band without introducing contrasting materials or colour.
Satin Finish
The satin finish gives the Titanium a smooth, softly muted appearance with very little reflection.
On the Bannock Burn, this softer finish allows the recessed grooves and raised centre to provide the visual detail, creating a contemporary ring with a clean and understated appearance.
Titanium Built for Everyday Wear
Titanium is lightweight, strong and naturally corrosion resistant, making it particularly well suited to rings designed for everyday wear.
It will not rust or tarnish and offers excellent durability without the weight associated with many traditional ring metals. Like all metals, Titanium can develop surface marks through everyday wear, with the satin finish helping to keep these less noticeable than they can be on a highly polished surface.

Engraving can be added to the inside of the band if selected.
Care
Titanium requires very little maintenance. Clean your ring occasionally using mild soap and warm water before drying thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products, which may alter the appearance of the satin finish.

What is the best alternative metal for a wedding ring?
There is no single best metal. It depends on your preference for weight, finish and appearance. Titanium is extremely lightweight, Damascus Steel features unique layered patterns, Black Zirconium offers a deep black finish and Stainless Steel provides strength with a classic silver tone. What is the thickness of the ring?
Our rings are crafted with an approximate thickness of 2 mm. This provides a balanced feel that is substantial enough for durability while remaining comfortable for everyday wear. Each ring is shaped and finished by hand, so there may be very slight variations, but all are designed to maintain a consistent and comfortable profile.
How can I check my size before ordering?
There are several ways to confirm your size: you can be measured at any jeweller and ask for the internal diameter, order a ring gauge yourself and let us know the result, use a ring that already fits and send it to us, or request one of our free ring sizers at checkout.

What happens after I place my order?
After you order, we review your details and begin crafting your ring. If anything needs clarifying, we’ll contact you directly. Once complete, your ring is carefully packaged and sent via tracked UK delivery. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s dispatched.
How long does it take to make a ring?
Most rings are ready within 2–3 weeks, but we recommend allowing 4 weeks before your wedding. Need it faster? Just let us know.
Is engraving included?
Engraving is always free. We can add names, dates, or even your own handwriting inside your wedding ring. To know more about handwriting engraving, take a look at this blog. . If the option is showing on the product listing, it is engravable.
Who actually makes my ring?
Every ring is made to order in our Scottish workshop by hand by Graeme, or G as he is known. We don’t outsource production or hold bulk stock. Your ring is crafted individually once your order is placed, then finished, checked and prepared for dispatch.
What are your return policies?
Because each ring is made to order in your chosen size and finish, returns are not available once production begins. We provide a complimentary ring sizer before crafting to ensure a confident fit.
