Some connections remain with us, even when someone we love is no longer here. Our Infinity Silver Memorial Necklace offers a quiet way to honour that bond, with a small amount of ashes held within a timeless infinity design.
The pendant is made from solid 925 silver and measures approximately 27mm long × 12mm wide. An 18-inch silver chain is included.
A symbol of enduring love
The continuous lines of the infinity symbol can represent love, friendship and the memories that stay with us. The memorial setting can be personalised with your preferred colour and optional sparkle, allowing the necklace to reflect the person you're remembering.
Choose whether you would like the ashes visible within the design or discreetly hidden. Katie carefully hand-lays your supplied ashes into the memorial setting in our Scottish workshop, then seals the inlay with care.
Sending your ashes
After ordering, we'll send a complimentary ashes collection kit with a measuring spoon, secure bag and prepaid return label. Only a small amount of ashes is needed. We understand how precious these materials are and handle them respectfully.
Important details
This pendant cannot be engraved. Your choice of memorial colour, finish and ashes visibility provides the personalisation for this design.
Care
Gently polish the silver with a suitable silver cloth and wipe the memorial setting with a soft cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure of the inlay to water, perfumes, chemicals and excessive heat.

How do I send ashes to you?
After you place your order and click to add an Ashes Collection Kit, we’ll post it out within 4 business days. The kit includes everything you need, and return delivery is pre-paid and tracked for peace of mind.
Can I send hair, fur or fabric instead of ashes?
Yes, absolutely. Many families choose to include hair, fur or small pieces of material. Just send them inside the kit we send
I’m worried about sending something so precious, is it safe?
Every kit we send and receive uses fully tracked delivery, both ways. We’ve never lost an item, and we treat every inclusion with the utmost care.
How long does it take to receive my memorial jewellery?
Once we receive your inclusions, most orders are completed within 2 weeks. If you need it sooner, just let us know, we’ll always do our best to help.
What happens if you have ashes or hair left over?
We only ever use a very small amount in your jewellery. Any ashes, hair or fabric that aren’t needed will be safely returned to you with your finished piece.
Can I personalise my jewellery?
Yes. Every piece is handmade to order and can be personalised with resin colours, sparkles or opals. We can also engrave names, messages, or even your loved one’s handwriting inside the ring or pendant and it’s always free of charge.
